1 - Daily Movement

Move to feel good in your body, not to change it

There is HUGE power in this simple mindset shift

If you don't know where to start, try a walk around the block


2 - Thoughtful Nutrition

Eat in a way that feels good for YOUR body... not what others tell you you should do


3 - Quality Sleep

Consistent sleep schedule + cool, dark room + relaxing wind down routine (try a boring book!)


4 - Slow Down

Intentionally slow the pace of your life

Try 2 min of quiet when you wake up each morning, or create a pause with a single deep breath


5 - Do something meaningful

Reach out to a friend, volunteer your time, random act of kindness, work that matters to you...


6 - Visualize

Enhance goal attainment, improve performance, and boost well-being

Start with 2 min each morning

 

7 - Get outside

Improve mood, boost physical health and reduce stress with time in nature (walk, garden, or picnic)

Bonus! Take care of something ~ snuggle a pet or talk to your plants (and hope that helps them grow.... unlike mine)

 


Building a solid foundation of healthy habits sets you up for happiness, success, and meaning in your life... you can do this!
