Quick Tip to Stay Sane Around Food

"Every time I try to eat healthy, along comes Christmas, Easter, summer, Friday, or Tuesday and ruins it for me!"

We laugh at that, but what if it was actually ok to NOT eat healthy? ⁣⁣

⁣⁣ To not have every single thing we eat have the 'correct distribution of macros' or the 'perfect number of calories'? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ What if every meal didn't need to be balanced and healthy?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And importantly, what if we periodically ate this way and then... didn't feel guilty about it?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✔️ We didn't make it mean anything about us. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✔️ Didn't make it mean that we'll never figure our eating out.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✔️ Didn't make it mean that we have no self-control, motivation or discipline.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✔️ Didn't make it mean that we might as well call the rest of the year a wash, and just eat and drink until January 1, when we 'really make some changes'?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Remember, it's what you do consistently that matters.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Do your best to eat in a way that feels good most of the time, and ENJOY the times when you indulge.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Imagine what could change ✨⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ PS!
