The ‘More is More’ Myth: Why Doing Less Gets You More

We often think, "more is more":

  • The more I do, the more chances I have to succeed

  • If I can juggle more, I can accomplish more

  • The more I pack into my life, the more fulfilled I’ll feel

And while “more” can seem like the answer, it often leads to burnout, scattered focus, and superficial results

When you pare down to what truly matters, you create more impact, freedom, and fulfillment:

  • When you simplify, your efforts are targeted, leading to better results

  • Letting go of unnecessary commitments frees your time and energy for what brings you real joy and success

  • Focusing on fewer, more meaningful experiences creates deeper satisfaction

Simplifying isn’t about having less...

It's about making space for what really matters
